Even as cities and communities reopen from the Covid-19 shut down, industry members do not see virtual tours and e-signing technology going away. The virtual tour was a growing component of the leasing process before Covid-19, and it is anticipated to remain around after the pandemic is resolved. While on-site tours are still a dominant element of the leasing process, virtual tours are still important. The virtual tour is especially useful for potential tenants who are either in a hurry or coming from out of town. Using e-signing technology is a well appreciated efficiency tool.
